Video Editor

We are looking for a Motion Graphic Designer to join our creative team, with a primary focus on creating engaging paid media and digital advertising content.This role is ideal for someone who understands how to turn existing video footage, product visuals, and creative assets into short, engaging, performance-focused advertisements for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital channels.You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to transform campaign briefs and raw footage into polished ad creatives that capture attention quickly, communicate the message clearly, and encourage viewers to take action.

• What You’ll DoEdit existing video footage into short-form paid media advertisements.
• Identify the strongest moments from raw footage and build engaging edits around them.
• Add text overlays, headlines, captions, product information, CTAs, and simple motion graphics.
• Create attention-grabbing openings and visual hooks for the first few seconds of an ad.
• Use transitions, typography, cropping, zooms, graphic elements, and sound to improve engagement.
• Adapt existing campaign content into different formats, durations, and aspect ratios.
• Create multiple creative variations to test different hooks, messages, visuals, and CTAs.
• Work with product footage, lifestyle footage, photography, UGC, campaign assets, and existing brand content.
• Follow brand guidelines while adapting content for performance marketing.
• Create content specifically for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital advertising platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, offers, and key messages.
• Make creative adjustments based on campaign performance and marketing insights.
• Manage multiple ad creatives and deadlines while maintaining consistency and quality.
• What We’re Looking ForExperience in video editing and motion graphics, particularly for social media and digital advertising.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Good working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, pacing, visual hierarchy, and storytelling.
• Ability to create engaging content from existing footage rather than always starting from scratch.
• Good understanding of social media trends and short-form video formats.
• Ability to create content that is both visually appealing and performance-focused.
• Strong attention to detail and an understanding of premium brand aesthetics.
• Ability to work quickly, handle multiple variations, and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

A Good Fit for This RoleYou don't need to be a highly technical 3D artist or VFX specialist.We're looking for someone who knows how to take good footage and turn it into a great ad.You understand that paid media content needs to communicate quickly. You know how to create a strong hook, keep the viewer engaged, highlight the key message, and finish with a clear call to action.You are comfortable experimenting with different edits, hooks, text treatments, pacing, and creative approaches to find what works best.

• Education & ExperienceA degree or diploma in Motion Graphics, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Video Production, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
• A strong portfolio is more important than your academic qualifications.
• Experience creating paid social media advertisements, performance marketing creatives, or branded short-form content will be an advantage.
