About Campaignifi

Campaignifi is a fast-growing creative and advertising agency producing high-impact content and campaigns for a diverse range of clients.

Following a series of significant client wins and new projects commencing immediately, we're scaling our production capabilities and looking for a talented Video Editor (Podcast & Performance) to join our team.

Based at our brand-new, state-of-the-art podcast and content production facility in Brookvale on Sydney's Northern Beaches, you'll play a hands-on role in producing compelling video content for podcasts, social media and performance advertising campaigns.

This is a full-time, on-site position, initially offered as a three-month fixed-term contract, with the opportunity for extension as our production operations continue to grow.

The Role

We're looking for a creative, fast-moving and detail-oriented Video Editor who knows how to turn great footage into content that captures attention and drives results.

You'll work across a wide range of projects, from long-form podcast episodes and engaging social clips to high-performing paid advertising creative.

Reporting directly to our Director of Client Services, you'll collaborate closely with our creative, production and client services teams to deliver outstanding content, often against tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit long-form video podcasts, including multicamera edits, audio synchronisation, colour correction and final delivery.
• Repurpose podcast recordings into engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and other social platforms.
• Produce performance-focused video advertising designed to capture attention, drive engagement and generate conversions.
• Create compelling hooks, captions, graphics and motion elements to enhance video content.
• Work collaboratively with our production and creative teams to deliver high volumes of quality content efficiently.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining consistently high production standards.
• Adapt creative content for different audiences, platforms and campaign objectives.

About You

We're looking for someone who loves creating content, understands what performs online and can confidently take projects from raw footage to polished final delivery.

You'll ideally have

• Demonstrated experience editing podcasts, social media content and digital advertising creative.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, with After Effects experience highly regarded.
• An excellent understanding of short-form video trends, audience retention and performance-driven creative.
• Experience working with multicamera footage and professional audio.
• The ability to work quickly, independently and accurately under tight deadlines.
• Strong creative instincts, attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• A portfolio showcasing your editing capabilities across a range of formats.
