Urgent Hiring, Graphic Designer & Video Editor

Full-Time | Remote

Algorithm Think Digital (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a passionate, creative, responsible, and reliable Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our growing creative team.

This is a full-time remote position for someone who can confidently handle both graphic design and short-form video editing, especially Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, promotional posts and social media content.

We are looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about creative work, willing to learn new technologies, comfortable working with multiple brands, and interested in growing with our company long-term.

Please apply only if you are comfortable with the LKR 40,000 starting salary and can confidently handle both Graphic Design and Reels/Shorts Video Editing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design professional social media posts and digital creatives
• Create Meta/Facebook/Instagram advertising creatives
• Design promotional graphics, banners, campaign materials, and brand content
• Edit Instagram/Facebook Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form videos
• Edit promotional and advertising videos
• Add captions, music, transitions, effects, branding, and motion elements to videos
• Convert raw client footage into engaging social media content
• Work with different client brands while maintaining their individual visual identities
• Follow content briefs and transform ideas into strong visual concepts
• Complete revisions professionally and efficiently
• Deliver assigned work within agreed deadlines
• Stay updated with current graphic design, video editing, social media, and AI trends

AI Knowledge

Knowledge of AI creative tools is an important requirement for this role.

Candidates should have experience with or be willing to actively learn tools such as:

• ChatGPT
• Google Flow / Veo
• Adobe Firefly
• Runway
• Kling AI
• Canva AI
• AI image-generation tools
• AI video-generation and editing tools
• Other emerging creative AI platforms

We expect the selected candidate to continuously explore new AI tools and use them responsibly to improve creative production and efficiency.

Skills We're Looking For

• Strong Graphic Design skills
• Good Video Editing skills, especially Reels and Shorts
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing software
• After Effects knowledge is an advantage
• CapCut / DaVinci Resolve or similar tools
• Canva
• AI-assisted creative tools
• Good understanding of social media content
• Creative thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to understand different brand styles
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Because this is a fully remote position, strong work ethics and professionalism are essential.

Salary & Career Growth

Starting Salary: LKR 40,000 per month

Working Arrangement

Employment Type: Full-Time – Remote

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Occasional Saturday availability may be required for urgent client deadlines, campaign launches, or business-critical work.
