Hiring a Lead Video Editor for DTC Supplement brand 🚨 We’re a fast-growing US supplement brand spending 1M+ / month on Facebook ads. 6 editors, 2 strategists. We need someone to run the editing team so our strategists can focus on strategy. $3–4K/mo + performance bonus. Full time, remote. What you’ll do: → Lead 6 editors day to day: unblocked, on pace, hitting their weekly numbers → Run weekly 1:1s and make sure all editors are on pace with the new trends and they're always improving → Spot new formats (drama, AI UGC, TikTok trends) and train the editors on how to make the best ads with those. → QC every ad before it goes to the strategists → Edit the high-priority ads yourself Must have: → Fluent English → Cracked at short-form ads: UGC, talking head, B-roll, story/drama → High-quality AI video skills (Higgsfield, Kling, Veo, Seedance, ElevenLabs) → You’ve led or trained editors before → Full time, exclusive, overlapping 8am–12pm US Central Big plus: latin american that has edited DR ads for supplements or e-com with spend you can show, and you use Claude Code to speed up your workflow. Starts with a paid trial. Crush it and it’s long term.
