Direct-Response Video Editor

HIRING: Direct-response video editor (part-time → full-time) This is my second time posting this. Last week I spent days going through DMs from people who had no portfolio, had only done static ads, or had never cut a direct-response ad. So please read all the requirements before you message. Mostly cutting up existing B-roll and footage into new Meta ads, adding voiceovers, but also making new AI content (animation, pixar etc) when we need it. You'll be working with brands spending over a million every month on meta. You’ll be working with brands spending over $1M a month on Meta. Only DM if: • You’ve edited direct-response video ads for ecom brands, and those ads actually ran with spend behind them • You can show these ads with proof of spend • Have a strong understanding of hooks, retention and marketing psychology • You’re comfortable with AI video and voiceover tools Bonus points if you’ve been through Ecom Talent or Ecom University.
