Content Creator & Video Editor

Job Responsibilities

• Develop video ideas for Saudi parents and write engaging Arabic scripts, talking points and storyboards.
• Brief content creators on what to film and give practical feedback on footage and reshoots.
• Edit creator footage into videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Snapchat and paid campaigns, including captions, sound and format variations.
• Test different opening hooks, story angles and calls to action, then improve content using viewing, click and parent enquiry data.
• Work with creator partnerships, design and paid media colleagues; keep footage, edits and usage permissions organised.

Job Requirements

• Saudi nationality and current residence in Saudi Arabia, with a strong understanding of local family life, culture and social media.
• Excellent Arabic writing and speaking skills, including natural Saudi dialect, and working proficiency in English.
• At least 3 years of experience in content creation, short-form video editing or social media, with the ability to take a script through to a finished video.
• Hands-on skills in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing tools.
• A portfolio showing your contribution and how you improve content through audience feedback. Experience in education or family-focused content is a plus.
