What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for people who can create high-quality, attention-grabbing video content for digital advertising and performance marketing, using AI to enhance their creative process, generate new scenes, and make ads more engaging.

• Short-form advertising creatives for Meta, TikTok, and other platforms
• UGC-style and social-first video content
• Creating strong hooks, concepts, and creative variations
• Traditional video editing and storytelling
• AI video generation and editing tools
• Creating realistic or engaging AI-generated scenes
• Combining AI-generated content with traditional video editing
• Using AI to improve creative quality and production speed
• Testing different concepts and creative approaches

Highly Valued

• Experience automating creative or video production workflows
• Experience working with AI-focused YouTube or TikTok channels
• Performance marketing experience
