Work Setup.

• 100% remote.
• Monday to Friday.
• Full-time role.

What We're Looking For.

We're looking for AI video creators and editors who can produce high-quality, attention-grabbing advertising creatives for performance marketing campaigns.

Relevant experience in at least one of these areas is strongly preferred

• Auto Insurance Ads.
• Home Insurance Ads.
• Affiliate Marketing Video Ads.

Key Responsibilities.

• Create short-form video ads for Meta, TikTok, and other advertising platforms.
• Produce realistic, UGC-style and social-first advertising creatives.
• Use AI tools to generate realistic scenes, characters, and compelling stories.
• Develop strong hooks, concepts, and creative variations.
• Combine AI-generated footage with traditional video editing.
• Recreate and adapt reference ads while maintaining their structure, pacing, and style.
• Test different creative angles and approaches to improve advertising performance.

Highly Valued.

• Previous experience creating Auto Insurance or Home Insurance ads.
• Experience producing video creatives for affiliate marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of direct-response advertising and performance marketing.
• Experience with AI video generation tools such as Seedance, Higgsfield, or similar platforms.
• Experience automating creative production workflows.
