MUST HAVE

*Minimum 5 years of experience in AI-led content production

*A strong portfolio demonstrating AI-generated videos, visuals, and commercial campaign assets.

• Hands-on experience with tools such as Runway, Kling, Sora, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Pika, ElevenLabs, and ChatGPT or Claude.
• Video editing proficiency in CapCut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

• Key Responsibilities
• Produce high-quality AI-generated videos for social media and client campaigns.
• Create AI-assisted visuals, brand imagery, and marketing assets.
• Develop efficient AI content workflows to improve production speed and scalability.
• Build prompt libraries, content templates, and brand-specific AI guidelines.
• Research and implement emerging AI tools and creative technologies.
• Collaborate with brand strategists on copywriting, ideation, and campaign development.
• Enhance influencer briefs using AI-generated reference visuals and UGC-style content.
• Guide and train team members to strengthen the agency’s AI capabilities.
• Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and commercial quality standards.
• Requirements & Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in AI-led content production within a creative studio, marketing agency, or in-house team.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating AI-generated videos, visuals, and commercial campaign assets.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Runway, Kling, Sora, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Pika, ElevenLabs, and ChatGPT or Claude.
• Video editing proficiency in CapCut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, brand consistency, and AI content quality control.
• Knowledge of AI content policies, synthetic media disclosure, and ethical AI practices.
• Experience delivering creative work within commercial deadlines and revision cycles.
